Sophiekunst is a spontaneous, self-taught artist with a keen sensitivity to emotions, moods, and expression. Although she has no formal art education, creativity has always accompanied her—whether through photography, pottery, writing, or singing. For her, art is an inner necessity, a space to make visible what needs to be said. Her paintings emerge intuitively—without concept, without plan.
She allows herself to be guided by music, emotions, personal experiences, and the art that surrounds her. As a passionate traveler, she gathers impressions from different cultures and ways of life, which are reflected in her use of color, form, and texture.
Sophiekunst works with a wide range of materials such as acrylic paint, watercolor and oil pastels, charcoal, as well as unconventional tools. For her, anything can become a painting tool—what matters is the connection to the moment and authentic expression.
